I wouldn't worry about it, the two sided poster isn't that great anyhow. Its a map on one side (Already better ones online) and rit and a assassin on the other side. No great loss.

Well, considering that NCSoft support is insistent on me returning the entire bloody box, I am writing off the poster. We have one copy for the map so Customer Support can go jump in a creek.

Yea one of my guildies went and threw away the access card.. lol I was like WHAT?? thats the only thing in the box you didnt want to throw away. lol So he went Dumpster Diving for it. lol in any case everyone does something stupid once in a while. lol

That's what my whole gripe is about. I did contact support and they told me to return the entire package to them. I asked again because it seemed stupid to send the box back when they could mail a poster with one stamp. They replied that that was the policy and they have to follow the policy.

Idiotic corporate policy makers know no bounds.
